• RCC Drain Construction to ensure effective stormwater management and minimize flooding during monsoon seasons.

The project was executed over 23 months, transforming a critical transportation corridor into a modern, durable, and high-capacity roadway.

• Road Widening and Upgrading to support up to 4 lanes, improving traffic flow and urban access.

This vital section of roadway, which transitions from a 4-lane to 6-lane configuration within urban areas, plays a critical role in facilitating smooth transportation and regional connectivity in the western Terai region of Nepal.

• Location: Banke District, Nepal
• Road Length: 10 km
• Lane Configuration: 4-lane to 6-lane (in city areas)
• Project Duration: 10 Months
• Total Asphalt Quantity: 10,151.64 m³

Scope of Work:

The project involved comprehensive roadway rehabilitation activities, including:

• Asphalt Overlay Works for surface strengthening and smoother ride quality.
• Semi-Grouting Repairs to address base layer deterioration and patch failures.
• Base Compaction to ensure uniform load distribution and prevent future settlement.
• Glass Grid Installation for crack resistance and increased pavement lifespan.
