Khadka Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. (KNSPL) is a registered construction company in Nepal dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across the country. With a clear vision to contribute to national development, KNSPL specializes in civil construction works, including roads, buildings, irrigation systems, water supply, and various public infrastructure projects. KNSPL began its journey on 20 January 2000 as a sole proprietorship under the name Khadka Nirman Sewa (KNS), founded by Mr. Tek Bahadur Khadka, and registered in Baijanath-1, Banke, Nepal. On 28 August 2023, the company was registered as a Private Limited Company under the name Khadka Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd., with Mr. Tek Bahadur Khadka as the sole director at the time of incorporation.

The company is currently registered as a Class-B contractor under the Government of Nepal’s contractor classification system and actively engages in both public and private sector construction projects.
