Ambe Steel Factory is a state-of-the-art industrial project located in the heart of Janaki Rural Municipality, Banke. Designed to support the growing demand for high-quality steel products in Nepal’s construction and infrastructure sectors, this facility is equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies and sustainable operational systems.

Project Scope:
The project involved the full-scale construction of a modern steel production plant, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works. Built with a robust RCC and steel-framed structure, the factory houses production units, raw material storage, finished goods dispatch areas, administrative offices, utility buildings, and internal road networks.

The plant is designed for efficiency, safety, and scalability, with specialized zones for rebar rolling, cutting, bending, and steel treatment processes. The layout ensures smooth workflow, worker safety, and minimal environmental impact.

Technology & Standards:

Project Objective:
To establish a high-capacity steel manufacturing unit that meets the structural steel needs of major infrastructure and construction projects across Nepal, while supporting local employment and industrial growth.

The Kageshwori Manohara Municipality Office Building is a modern, earthquake-resistant, and environmentally sustainable municipal office complex that serves as the administrative center for the Kageshwori Manohara Municipality. The facility centralizes municipal services, improves public service delivery, and enhances administrative efficiency and accessibility for residents.

The building is a multi-storey RCC-framed structure designed to meet current government building standards, incorporating structural, architectural, electrical, and sanitary components. It includes designated spaces for the Mayor’s office, executive and administrative departments, public service counters, meeting halls, a municipal assembly hall, archives, and IT infrastructure.

The building is equipped with a solar backup system, a rainwater harvesting mechanism, fire safety systems, a CCTV surveillance system, and provisions for persons with disabilities (including ramps, accessible toilets, and elevators). Sustainable design principles are integrated to minimize the building’s environmental footprint and operational costs.

The Kohalpur Buspark Development Project aims to upgrade and modernize the existing public transportation infrastructure in Kohalpur Municipality to improve traffic management, enhance passenger comfort, and support regional mobility. Located at a strategic junction along the East-West Highway (Mahendra Highway), the buspark serves as a major transit point for inter-district and inter-provincial travel in western Nepal.

The project involves the construction of a well-planned, efficient, and passenger-friendly bus terminal facility with modern amenities. The infrastructure will be designed to accommodate local, regional, and long-distance buses, with dedicated bays, ticket counters, waiting areas, commercial spaces, and proper sanitation facilities.
