The Kageshwori Manohara Municipality Office Building is a modern, earthquake-resistant, and environmentally sustainable municipal office complex that serves as the administrative center for the Kageshwori Manohara Municipality. The facility centralizes municipal services, improves public service delivery, and enhances administrative efficiency and accessibility for residents.

The building is a multi-storey RCC-framed structure designed to meet current government building standards, incorporating structural, architectural, electrical, and sanitary components. It includes designated spaces for the Mayor’s office, executive and administrative departments, public service counters, meeting halls, a municipal assembly hall, archives, and IT infrastructure.

The building is equipped with a solar backup system, a rainwater harvesting mechanism, fire safety systems, a CCTV surveillance system, and provisions for persons with disabilities (including ramps, accessible toilets, and elevators). Sustainable design principles are integrated to minimize the building’s environmental footprint and operational costs.
